I ordered from Amigo Foods because I was craving a few snacks and sauces from back home, they had way more than I thought they would. Compared to a lot of other online shops that only carry the basic stuff everyone already knows, this place had items from different countries and regions, which made it feel much more authentic. My box arrived in good shape, and it was actually fun unpacking everything and seeing things I hadn’t had in a while. I’ll definitely be ordering again

My first impression was really good because the order tracking was simple right from the start. The updates came through when they needed to, and I always had a clear idea of where my package was without constantly checking. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I didn’t run into any issues...

After dealing with so many orders lately where something is late, missing, or just not worth the trouble, this was a relief. It arrived fresh, tasted great, and I really don’t have any complaints.

The site was good to use overall, and I liked that things were laid out clearly without too much clutter. I did notice a few small things though, like a couple of items I specifically wanted weren’t available, which was a little frustrating after I’d already checked the sizes and details. Not a huge deal, but I wish the availability was a bit better or easier to spot upfront

I was browsing Amigo Foods the other night while making a list for a dinner I probably planned way too last minute, and they definitely have a good mix of Latin products. The pages were easy enough to look through, and I liked that they showed things like sizes and brands because it made comparing items a lot less annoying. Some of the descriptions felt a little bare though, and I found myself wishing a few products had more photos or extra info. Overall, it’s not a bad site at all, just not something that totally blew me away.

i ordered a few snacks from amigo foods and was excited to try them. shipping ended up taking longer than i expected, and one of the items arrived a little crushed. nothing was completely ruined, but it was still kind of frustrating since i paid for it. the snacks tasted fine, but with the price and the wait, i probably wouldn’t order again anytime soon. maybe other people had a better experience.

I returned my order and expected the refund to be handled normally, but it never came through. I also tried following up about the return and felt like I was basically ignored. The whole experience came across as dismissive and frustrating.

Found what I needed quickly, and the pages loaded just fine. Checkout was simple too. I just, uh, wish the filters were a little better.

I went on Amigo Foods hoping to stock up on a good mix of Latin snacks and pantry items, but the selection felt limited. Some of the brands I specifically wanted weren’t there, and a few things I clicked on were out of stock. Like, give me a break — I’m already trying to get everything in one place. They do have products, so it might be fine if you only need the basics, but I wanted more options to compare and buy. I ended up feeling disappointed and just shopped somewhere else

I ordered some alfajores, dulce de leche, and guava paste from Amigo Foods, everything tasted really good to me. I figured the alfajores would probably be similar to the ones I’ve had before, but these were softer and had a really nice sweetness without being too much. The dulce de leche had a rich, smooth flavor, not bland at all, and it reminded me of the kind my family would keep in the fridge for desserts. I’d give it 5 stars because the flavors felt authentic, the order arrived in good shape, and I can already tell I’ll be ordering from them again.

After I made the payment, I expected at least some kind of update or confirmation on what was happening next, but I haven’t received anything. It’s made me feel a bit unsure and less trusting, because everything went quiet right after they got the money.

Maybe it’s just me, but a few of the items felt a little stale when I tried them. It wasn’t terrible, but they didn’t seem as fresh as I was expecting.

The food itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the delivery showed up days late, and at that point you’re just annoyed and wondering what happened. I wanted to like the experience, but it makes it hard to trust them again

Everything came packed up safe, no dents or anything. Happy with it tbh.

I went in assuming the prices would be about the same as everywhere else, maybe even a little high, but they were actually fair. Based on what I usually get for the money, I expected a smaller amount, so I was pleasantly surprised when I ended up with more snacks than I thought I would.

My order showed up fast, so I’ll give them that. But one of the items wasn’t the flavor I actually picked, which was annoying. Everything else was fine and packed okay, so it wasn’t a total mess, but whoever runs this really needs to make sure orders are checked better before they go out. Not a huge deal, but I expected it to be fully correct. I might order again, just hoping they pay more attention next time...

I ran into an issue with my order it took longer than I expected to get any real help. I had to follow up a couple of times, which was frustrating... though to be fair, they did eventually sort it out. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I’d hoped when I was waiting for an answer.
